Our system broke on Thanksgiving. We called our warranty company who set us up with these guys. We left a message on their voicemail yesterday evening. They called us back before we were awake & instead of them blowing us off they got our info from the warranty company & came out to fix the system. I've had repairs through the warranty before & usually repair companies take about a week to finish the job, with reports & the whole process. Jason Air-Tex came out one time & it was fixed before they left. These guys don't bs. I'd be calling them even if I didn't have a warranty.
